Using a brain that had been able to think quickly before, she managed to get a simple thought through. It told her that being seperated from the young man she was holding onto was a bad idea. It would be okay if he was in the same room, but being pulled apart would be bad on all sorts of levels, some she couldn't identify, but knew they should be listened to.
"Stay with me..," she told him, her fingers clawing at his shirt.
As she was already freaking, Asuka took this in a different way, partially in a way she'd vehemently deny. "Oh my god! Misato's trying to seduce Shinji! You leave him alone!"
"Hrrr? Why?"
"Because I'm not going to let you push that on him!"
"I wouldn't push..."
"Yeah! 'Cause I won't let you!" the redhead barked, "C'mere!"
"Myaaa!"
"Grrrr!"
Sitting in his room, Touji stopped in the middle of drinking a glass of water and wondered why he was feeling so jealous of Shinji all of a sudden. He knew that he already envied the other boy for being able to live with Misato, but any bad feelings he might have had simply weren't there any more. Still, he felt oddly like he should be grumpy over something that his friend was doing.
Then he shrugged and finished his drink before going to bed. It likely wasn't important, and if anything happened, he'd find out about it anyway. Besides, he had to go out later and he didn't want to get too little sleep.
Especially since Hikari would be around.
Shinji Ikari knew that many boys would have loved to be where he was at the moment. They would have killed to have to very attractive young women fighting over them in torn clothing. To see breasts heaving, eyes glittering, and garments turned to scraps, teenaged boys would have been lining up on the street.
But as he was currently under said girls, who had knocked him over while rolling around, he wasn't quite as happy as he could be. Especially as each of them had taken a side of him and were trying to pull it closer to herself.
"He needs to stay!" Misato growled.
"Yeah, but not with you!" Asuka refuted.
He simply sighed in exasperation.
Rei watched all this with a small frown before:
