A figure winged his way to Nerima. An unfortunately familiar figure.
Pantyhose Taro once again had a plan to finally get Happosai to change his name. He grinned as his monstrous fist closed around the artifact he carried. And he was sure the cross-dresser would be pleased to 'volunteer' to help.
Yes, once he had the younger Saotome where he wanted 'her,' Happosai would do anything he wanted! Goodbye Pantyhose Taro, hello Awesome Taro!
He chuckled darkly as he continued toward Nerima, the Cursed Panties of Torajima clutched in his hands...

Another figure growled as it considered Nerima. It was there that he had suffered his greatest... his only loss. Well, now was the time to change that. He would avenge himself on all those that participated in his downfall! No mater how large or small their role, all would feel his wrath!
After all, going from 'God of his people' to 'obsolete' has to do bad things for someone's ego.
Though still a child in body, Saffron was still the Phoenix. So he had to deal with mundane methods of travel for the time being. He would arrive soon enough. Then Ranma would have to watch as he killed all his friends one by one...
With those pleasant thoughts in his mind, the young Phoenix God waited to book passage to Japan...

His name was Vincent Sato. He was the best of the best when it came to industrial espionage. He claimed there wasn't a single piece of information or technology he couldn't steal.
His current job was going to be the one he could retire on! European based SCHAFT had requested he procure something from Mishima Heavy Industry. A project called NK 1124.
This would be a small challenge, he decided. After all, there was only the single prototype, and any documentation on it seemed to have been destroyed. However, his contacts in Mishima had told him all he needed to know.
The prototype cyborg was active. Actually going about life disguised as a human. It was generally left unguarded even!! What luck!
It was too bad he didn't have a picture of it. But how hard could it be to find? After all, he knew it was in Nerima, disguised as a girl, and because of some quirk he didn't understand, either looked and/or acted like a cat at times.
It wasn't like there were going to be more than one cat girl in Nerima, after all.
Yep, smooth sailing, and then retirement! He had it made!

AN - Ahem, apologies to the makers of Dragon Pink and Patlabor for the respective bits taken from each.
Where are the villains like Gothwrain or Erwin Talon? I've said it before, but I'll say it again now: I never even heard of Gold Digger until I came across it in some fics. I do not have the knowledge to write those characters in any meaningful way. So I pulled out some more typical Ranma and Nuku Nuku type chaos.
And no, neither Taro nor Saffron know that Ranma's gone.
