Weird Item: P-chan's peril [Episode 10171]

It looked like P-chan. There was a puddle nearby, and Ryoga's backpack and umbrella, and P-chan tracks leading from the puddle to the very still P-chan.

Ranma got a sick feeling in his stomach as he reached out to touch the still P-chan and realized that:

he'd been turned to stone.
he'd been turned into a plushie.
he was made entirely of gold.
P-chan was alive but his eyes were staring wide and he was in a coma.
something else had happened to P-chan.
