Not that he planned to let any attackers get his ship, and he was ready to defend himself if he had to.
But rather than immediately just shoot, he kept himself on a course that would get him away from the danger zone so that he could wait for the sensor feed to come in. It was one thing to detect a ship, but he would have to wait for the identifying signal to see which ship in particular it was, and who would be crewing it.
That only took a few moments, and he had an answer that told him what it was.
"The Amazon Pride?" he muttered to himself, "This might not be good..."
Shampoo stood on the bridge of her ship and smiled thinly. She hadn't been happy on this trip ever since before liftoff. Her comrades and she had found that the job that they had been offered had been merely for a rich man who thought beautiful warrior women would be oh so wonderful as both protectors and decoration for his mansion, not to mention the... 'perks' he expected to recieve.
Once they had 'explained' matters to him to their satisfaction, they had left, with only disgust at the experience. They would have to return to their world without anything to show for the journey. The reasoning would be sound and understood by those back home, but it rankled that they were forced to travel so long just to get an indecent proposition.
But now they had a chance to go into a battle, no matter how small. She could already feel the thrill building, and was glad to have a chance to delay the arrival at Joketsuzoku. Instead, they have the opportunity to make this more than a wasted trip.
"Have you found out which ship it is?" she asked.
From her station, sensor operator nodded. "It is called the Wild Stallion."
"The Wild Stallion," Shampoo murmured with a frown as she:
