Ranma thanked again his good fortune. At last he found a way to control something that always made his life difficult : Magic. Too bad he didn't know enough about it to find out that he had gotten his hands on a prayer book.
Such distinctions between the Art (Arcane magic) and the Power (Divine magic) went over his head. For him, the ritual named 'Remove Curse' page 244 was his ultimate goal.
In the higher planes of a world called Toril by its inhabitants, one deity felt someone had called on its power in a faraway plane. Always eager to recruit more faithful since the Time of Troubles and seeing the sorry state of this 'Earth', A decision was made.
