As Ranma was holding the strange book, a presance was awakening from a long stint of inactivity. This entity, bound to the book, sent out a feeler of Telepathy towards the being it could feel in contact with its eternal prison.
'Hmm... what do we have here??' The entity thought to itself as it rifleing through Ranma's mind. 'A youth on the verge of manhood, but being pulled in far too many directions by outside forces. A strong mind if he desided to use it. ' Continuing through Ranma memories. 'Hmm... he's probaly the best person to be with for now, if some of people he knows are the standerd for the area. Better start the bonding, I'm getting really low on power.'
Using the feeler of telepathy to forge a link with Ranma, the book implants the knowledge of how to hide it by absorbing it into him. Said knowlege hits Ranma like a ton of bricks.
"Whoa... what was that??" Ranma wondered at the shock of the link being created. As he was sorting through the new knowlege that was in his mind, Ranma absorbed the book while not noticing. "Hey, where did that book go!?!?"
Just when Ranma was about to search for the book. The portable black hole that has his stomec desided to make it self known. "Oh well. Better head back to the Dojo, Mom and Kasumi are cooking tonight. Defanity don't want to miss that." And with that he walked off without a care.
The entity in the book while this happening, was studying the link to its new bearer. 'DAAAMMMNNN!!!! The way I'm regaining energy from my new bearer, I should be able to do a full scan and introduce myself to him by the time he falls asleep.' And with that the entity started to figure out how to introduce itself.
