It had been a doosy of a week for the Nerima Wrecking Crew. Thru some freak chain of disastrous events, the total collateral damage had been.. well, let me just point out that RANMA and gang considered it a freak chain of disasters, so...
Anyhow, this time, it was so widespread and devastating, the insurance companies had decided that they weren't going to swallow it, and claims were coming in for damages. Even Nabiki was strained to imagine where to pull in the equivalent of over a hundred thousand US Dollars in under a week, even with all guilty parties chipping in.
Then she came across this interesting site called AIM. Mercenaries for hire. People who fought for money. Large amounts of money. And... interesting, a few of them actually were quite unskilled with firearms but relied on hand to hand combat...
"Well, there's good news and bad... er, even more good news, people! I've figured out a plan for you guys to pay of all these debts that DOESN'T involve the selling of organs!"
Much rejoicing!
"And... as a bonus, you get to make a trip to, no, not China, Ranma, the sunny land of Arulco!"
Slightly less enthusiastic cheering.
"Aaaannndddd..... you get to participate in this training trip. This EXTREME training trip! You get to face, erm, 10 to one odds on a regular basis..."
"heh" scoffed Akane. (and Ranma. And Ryouga. Heck, all of them)
"Armed with various weaponry, from knives to pistols to rifles to grenades and shotguns and rocket launchers..."
Significantly less scoffing.
"...And the local wildlife consists of several hundred pound large cats that target humans as their main diet. Sort of like tigers, but worse. This is a picture of one of them, shoot on sight."
"C...c...c...CAT!!!" Ranma dashed off, and order was not restored until... well, until long after they had all been bundled off for an intense crash course under AIM.
