No wonder he was so tired. He had passed the lycanthropy enchantments on to five girls! Five! And girls with power too, judging by how drained he was.
Aside from the awakening red-furred girl, there were four other young werewolves packed about him on the bed. He had pushed the red-furred wolf ontop of a slender werewolf with night-black fur and long, supple legs. That girl had been curled up at his side until he moved and dropped the red head on her. Now she was yawning slightly and on the edge of waking up.
On the other side he felt the shifting movement of a chestnut furred werewolf with a white ribbon in her hair. She turned over in her sleep and clutched about for a blanket or something else. It wouldn't be long before she woke up either.
Two more girls weighed down his lower portions, heads resting near his lap now that he was sitting. One had a bluish-black fur and the other had a distinctive purple coloring. Like the other three, they'd be awake soon too.
It wasn't these girls he feared, thrall enchantments would keep him safe from them. What he feared was the reaction any of their families might have...or his family.
Enthrallment was a fine punishment for invaders. Nor did the pack care so much if someone who wanted to be a werewolf was inflicted, but in this case...
This was bad. And he couldn't even remember clearly what had happened.
In any case, the trouble was about to advance...
