Nabiki was trying to catch a quick (forgive me) cat nap before class actually started. Jetta was very serious as a trainer, and had decided that she must get Nabiki 'into fighting shape' as soon as possible. What that meant in practical terms was that she would interrupt things like dinner, homework, bathroom breaks, and sleeping with another lethal attack.
Really lethal! Nabiki had died four time yesterday alone. And Jetta promised the training only got worse!
This was not helped by Shampoo and Nabiki's ill-concealed humor at her predicament. Nabiki was more determined than ever to find some way to have them experience Jetta's training regime. At least Nuku Nuku was sympathetic... even if she didn't understand it. She thought it all sounded like a lot of fun.
Cologne pogoed into the room. "Class, I have two announcements to make before we start class. First off, we have a new student..."
Nabiki groaned when she saw the other werecat of Nerima enter the classroom. "Greetings, peasants! I am sure you are all grateful to see that the divine presence of Kodachi Kuno has graced your class." The aristocratic werecheetah proclaimed.
Reactions were varied. Most the boys were too busy drooling over Kodachi's bust to care about anything else. Most the girls were glaring at the boys. Tatewaki was vowing to himself that he'd find were the fiend Saotome hid his real sister away.
Nabiki just wanted to crawl into a hole. Shampoo and Ukyo glared at the other werecheetah... even after all that had happened, those three weren't getting along.
And Nuku Nuku was bouncing in her seat! Another new friend!
"As you can see, ms. Kuno, there is a seat available next to Nabiki." Kodachi took her seat with grace, and a superior attitude.
"The second announcement come from the principal himself." Cologne intoned. Then she smiled, causing more than a few bowels to loosen. "Principal Kuno has decided, since they seem to have special abilities that preclude them participating in regular physical education, all the cat girls will now be taking PE under Mrs. Jetta..."
Kodachi blinked. Ukyo started choking. Shampoo paled. Nuku Nuku began clapping, she got in on all the fun.
And Nabiki just began laughing...
