"Man, I still have aches from that switchover..."

"Let's see," Kassy said irritably as she stepped into the terminal from the primitive plastic bridge that connected to the plane, "My next flight leaves in..."
She blinked and looked at her ticket again and then her watch.
"Flight 937 to San Francisco, final boarding call, gate 15," a voice over the loudspeakers called out.
Standing under gate sign 38, Kassy had alone one reply to that.
"EVERYBODY GET OUT OF MY WAY?!!!!!!!"
What followed next was a charge that would have made the Fridge proud.

"And then of course there was the security," Kassy said.

"Look, there's nothing I have that could possibly short circuit everything in a single room!" Kassy declared while they searched her bag again.
Of course, they couldn't have found the sub-dimensional compartments with such primitive gear, so she didn't know why they bothered.
"What the heck do you think I have in there?" Kassy asked.
****
"I just want to sleep now," Kassy sighed, thumping heavily down onto the bed.
"SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!"
"AAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!"
