Immediately after knocking out the man who had for some reason shot Nabiki, Shampoo ran over and quickly tried to tend to Nabiki's wound, only to find that she couldn't touch the wounds without the remaining bits of silver burning her.
Fortunately, Jetta knew how to handle the problem, so when she arrived after hearing Nabiki's screaming, Shampoo no longer had to worry about Nabiki's injuries. Only her own, which were not ver severe at all.
Luckily for the werecats, this incident got them out of their special PE class for the day...
