There were times in Ranma's life that he thought that nothing could reach him. Times when he was at the pinnacle of his game, like when he had won an important battle against a tough opponent. That success would let him leave his worries for a time and reach a place where he could bask in the joy of being the best at something.

This was not one of those times. He was in bed with a girl that he didn't know and he was sure that he would have it blow up in his face real soon. It alwas did before, so why would that change? There was some reason for it, but he wasn't sure of what it was.
