World Watching: It Began At Geneva [Episode 108323]

by Disruptor

The Watcher turned his attention to one of the strongest game companies out there and look at its history.

From the old magzine 'The Strategic Review to the powerful company T$R which was bought out by Wizards of the Coast and finally Hasbro. The fictional worlds that were created and used by the company(ies) were many and varied.

TSR had brought Greyhawk, Dragonlance, Forgotten Realms, Spelljammer, Dark Sun, Planescape, Mystara, Dark Sword, and Ravenloft into the public view. In game moduless, books, computer games, and comic books

Wizards of the Coast had the Jack Vance like world Talislanta(now being brought out by Shooting Iron) before the game Magic: The Gathering. Before it bought out TSR, WotC had the world of Ars Magica to its name

Now with Hasbro: Forgotten Realms, Greyhawk, Ravenloft, Dark Sun have returned and others like Ebberon are out.

Into one of these worlds an anime element will be added. But how and why?
