There had been a great many places that Ranma had been over the years that had not been what would be termed normal. Over his journeys with his father and the time that he had spent with the Tendo's, he had been in places that were pretty unbelieveable unless you'd been there. From a forest patrolled by a forgetful boy to a village of Chines Amazons, he'd been the most unlikely of places, usually under the most... combative of circumstances.

But waking up with a girl he didn't know in a place that he'd never been was a new one for him. He didn't know how he got there, but there might be some benefits. Akane might be able to find out what had happened for instance. sure, he'd get killed later for disappearing, but for now, he had the time to find out where he was.
