Ranma wasn't thinking very clearly at the moment. He had just started free associating while in a pleasant mood.
Happosai = dried up old pervert.
Happosai looked momentarily startled as all bodily fluids were drained from his body. Normally that would kill someone, but when it had happened to Akane she had been turned into a doll. Doll brought up another image in Ranma's subconscious.
Kasumi picked up the little plushtoy doggie and sat him on a shelf. She was sure one of the neighborhood kids would come to claim it sooner or later.
