Why else would she give him such a late night shift, if not to give him time to work his magic with his chosen canvas?
He had just come onto work when he had what looked to be the first customer of the night. The thought buoyed his spirits. Since the latest batch of transfurries were already in the middle of being processed, he couldn't work any special talents with them. But he was a man who he could either sell his work to or perhaps would become his next piece.
"Yes, may I help you?" asked Pierre.
"You can start by telling me where the Senshi are."
"Who pray tell is that?"
The tuxedo clad man produced a rose. "I followed them here and this is where the trail ends. So what did you do with them?"
"I do not know what you are talking about. I only came on shift a few moments ago. If you will just let me check..," Pierre said as he reached for the computer keyboard, just moments before a rose stabbed stem first into it. That did count as an attack, didn't it?
"Now are you going to tell meeeeeeeeee...!"
And there went the tuxedo-clad man, taken by the security systemm. Finally, some raw material to work with! Now he could create another masterpiece to showcase his talent. Perhaps he could even take it as a challenge and create a pet that was acceptable to his co-workers and a fine work in his opinion. That would take a lot of work but maybe it would be a worthy test of skill for an artiste such as himself.
