"RANMA-SAMA!!!" Kodachi cried out, struggling to free herself of her bonds. "RANMA-SAMA!!!"
The pigtailed demon knelt next to the screaming girl and took her by the shoulders. The bags under Kodachi's eyes, the bloodshot eyes, the drooling... All of those made his blood boil. Seeing the girl he'd chosen out of the fiancée wars lowered to this sorry state...
Mara whistled. "She doesn't even know we're here."
"What the heaven are you talking about, tomboy?" Ranma snapped as he turned a glare at Mara.
The demoness returned his glare for the tomboy remark and pointed at Kodachi. "Look at her eyes, you moron."
The pigtailed demon turned to regard Kodachi and cursed inwardly. The tomboy was right. Kodachi's eyes were glazed over and unseeing. As the girl continued to scream out his name it was obvious the drugs she had in her system were affecting her severely. "... Kodachi..."
Mara rolled her eyes and leaned back against one of the padded walls. She was rather enjoying the feelings floating around in this place. Maybe she should arrange something to have her vacations changed to a similar asylum if not this one. It was relaxing.
Ranma removed Kodachi's hair from her face and spoke softly, "Mara is there something you can do?"
The demoness nodded. "Remove the toxins from her bloodstream. Actually a stronger version of a spell to get rid of alcohol." It was a rather important spell for her. If the need arose and she was drunk, she rather enjoyed drinking; she could get rid of the drunkenness with a few words.
"Do it," Ranma said and steadied Kodachi's body. He reached behind the girl's back and ripped apart the straight jacket.
Mara smirked. "Why should I?"
"What?" Ranma turned to the demoness in confusion.
"What's in it for me?"
The demon glared at her. "You said you'd help."
"And I did. I said I'd help you get together with your Kodachi. She's right here," Mara said in amusement. Amusement that increased when she saw Ranma's glare intensify. "So what's in it for me?"
"The fact that you'll be able to walk out of this room," Ranma threatened.
Mara did an excellent job of hiding the actual fear she felt at the threat, Ranma was a really powerful demon now in anything concerning a fight, and instead continued to smirk in amusement. "That's not something you bargain with."
Ranma was about to stand up and force Mara into helping Kodachi when the latter started sobbing and calling for her love. Whatever anger he was feeling drained away and he sighed. "What do you want?"
The demoness shrugged. "I'd like to help in murdering the other two." When Ranma looked at her in confusion she explained, "As fun as it was seeing you take care of Tofu I want to play too." In truth the demoness wanted the freedom Ranma had so far. He didn't give a shit about his position as a demon and he was promoted, he was just himself. That was something Mara would like to try, and with Ranma's promise that she'd help that stupid restriction about invitations wouldn't stop her. She hadn't cut loose in a while.
The pigtailed demon nodded. "You got it. We'll both take care of them. Now do that magic stuff you do and heal Kodachi."
Mara rolled her eyes.

Outside in the hall the two guys looked at each other when Kodachi's screams stopped. "That's weird," commented the shorter of the two. "Usually she just keeps on screaming till we give her another shot."
The larger guy shrugged it off. "Maybe she finally fell asleep."
The words didn't reassure his companion and he stood up, taking with him both a syringe with the special mix of tranquilizers they gave Kodachi and a steel pipe. He never knew when he had to defend himself from the girl, who was very dangerous even with that straight jacket on. "I'll go take a look."
The other guy just yawned and sat back. "I still say we should just fuck that crazy chick. She can't fight back against both of us. Not the way she is."
Shaking his head the standing man walked over to the door to Kodachi's room and opened the different locks keeping it close. "Time for you medicine..." he started, opening the door.

"Ranma-sama," Kodachi whispered as she hugged onto the man she loved. "I knew you'd come back to me." Even if she saw Ranma's body in the funeral the black-haired girl never stopped believing Ranma would find a way to get back, one of the reasons why she was committed.
Ranma smiled as he hugged the girl back. He felt strangely comforted by the action.
Mara raised an eyebrow at the feelings Kodachi was emanating. The girl was obviously in love with Ranma, that much was certain, but her kind of love was far from what humans considered healthy. Kodachi's love was an obsessive kind of feeling. A combination of lust, possessiveness, worshiping... and was that fear? "By Hild, this girl is a total mental case," the demoness muttered to herself. "The perfect lover for a demon."
That was why the demon felt so at ease with Kodachi as opposed to the thankful girl he once saved from being raped.
Kodachi kissed Ranma hungrily then, need for him emanating from her every pore. The pigtailed demon was just too happy to return the attention.
Mara rolled her eyes in annoyance.
Just then the door opened. "Time for your medicine..." The guy stopped when he caught sight of the three occupants of the room. "What the...?!"
"Can't you see we're busy here? Piss off!" the demoness snapped.
The words broke Ranma and Kodachi out of their celebration and they both turned to regard the new arrival. The Black Rose narrowed her eyes dangerously when she caught sight of the syringe in the man's hand.
