“Yeah I’m sure, I’ve been down here more than once ya know,” Ranma told the cute girl next to him while looking at the walls to keep his attention off her looks. Even in her human form Kassy was incredibly cute, and with those two ears on her head the cute status was easily bumped up to hot; sexy was reserved for her skunk form. “Wait, did he say it was left, left, right, fourth left, and then we’d be at the stairs? Or was it right, left, right, right, left, fourth door on the right and we’d be out?”
“You weren’t even listening to him were you?” Kassy asked in an annoyed tone.
“That’s because I thought you were,” Ranma told her while pressing his two index fingers together in usual anime fashion. He’d actually been a little to busy keeping his happiness [ouch, bad pun] of being hugged by Kassy a secret. “Uh… sorry.” Then he looked at the small mouse in the corner holding up a small sign, but when he blinked it was gone.
“THEN WHY THE HECK WERE YOU LEADING?” the half-Salusian shouted in the pigtailed boy’s face before standing back down from her toes and glaring at him. However the effect was quickly ruined by the sound of a grumbling stomach. “Sorry, I get a little testy when I’m hungry.”
“We’ve been down here that long?” Ranma asked before leaning on the wall behind him. How long was he out?
“No, it’s only… ten o’clock,” Kassy said after pausing to check her watch. “It’s just I’m used to something a little more filling than what you guys eat. Course you being a martial artist, you can probably go days without food if you wanted to.” At least that was what Kassy thought till a second after she finished Ranma’s stomach also rumbled. “… or not.”
Ranma merely groaned and knocked the back of his head against the wall.

*Shlllsk*
Then completely lost his balance as said wall seemed to disappear behind him and sent Ranma crashing to the ground. “AAAAHH!”
“Huh?” Kassy mumbled before looking up from her watch to see Ranma laying on the ground in the middle of a doorway. But before she could get over to help him up and ask what that was about, she saw it. Over on the other side of the room there was a set of stairs going up and a beam of light shinning down them at an able that barely touched the tips of each step. Kassy could almost hear the theme from Hallelujah play in the back of her head as she stepped into the room and gazed upon the best thing she had seen all morning.
“An exit! We’re saved, whooohooo!” the skunk-eared girl shouted while jumping for joy before noticing the martial artist at her feet a second later. “Ranma! Come on there’s an exit lets go!” Grabbing the boy Kassy quickly listed him up with enthusiasm that probably would have torn off a normal person’s arm.
But before Kassy could begin her mad dash for the exit, she looked at Ranma and blinked a few times. “Uh, I didn’t land on your face did I?”
“N-No!” Ranma quickly managed to squeak out while wiping the blood from beneath his nose.
“Oh okay… then,” Kassy took a deep breath and quickly pulled Ranma into an embrace while hopping up and down lightly. “We’re save, saved! What’re you just standing around for, come on! FREEEEEEEEDOM!” Grabbing Ranma’s arm the half-salusian made a mad dash for the stairs before glancing back to Ranma for a second time to see even more blood running down his nose. Maybe she really should take him to the nurses office.
Meanwhile Ranma was a little preoccupied with his own thoughts. I didn’t know she wore pink panties.
