Setsuna cursed. Apparently, the combination of the mermaid's flesh, the Jusenkyo curse and entombment had somehow resulted into the Earth Mother choosing Ranma as her personal champion.
Endymion/Tuxedo Kamen was the prince of Earth. His powers came mostly from the golden crystal inside him, however. He had a link to the Planet, true, but nothing like what Ranma had right now.
The resurrected martial artist had somehow gained the power to manipulate earth and stone in a variety of ways, as proved earlier. The potential to access the Planet's life energy (chi), command plant and animal life, manipulate gravity, control weather wasn't that far off either...
And he was damn near immortal to boot as well. This could be a problem...
Sailor Pluto had now several options to consider.
Making Ranma an ally of the senshi was tempting... But was it worth risking the wrath of Mother Earth when Usagi would inevitably establish Crystal Tokyo?
Killing him off would be extremely difficult but possible (Decapitation should still work as with all those who had partaken of Mermaid's flesh). The question was how many senshi would he take down with him before that? If she decided to take this course of action, she had to strike FAST, before Ranma learned to control his new powers.
There was also the off chance that Ranma, influenced by the Planet's current woes, would go on an ecological crusade against Humanity and end up an enemy of the senshi no matter what.
While Pluto was stuck in this dilemma, Ranma was already moving.
