"I have made duplicates of them." The Overlord stepped into a room which contained nine large glass tubes, each holding a clone of a Sailor Senshi. There were some scientists scuttling about the laboratory, making final preparations for the Dark Senshi's awakening. "Presenting the Dark Senshi."
The girls did not seem any different from the originals in appearance except for the stone on their tiaras. Rather than being their normal colour, they were all black with their respective planet's symbol standing out in white.
"Why did you make duplicates of them in the first place?" asked Ranma.
The Overlord crossed his arms. "After some analysis, I concluded that they would have actually posed a threat to me if they were able to tap into their full potential and if they weren't idiots. I decided that they would be a good addition to my Legions of Terror so I cloned them, awakened their full power and programmed them to serve me indirectly."
"Indirectly?"
"Yes. I actually programmed them to serve you."
Ranma paused and squeaked out a tiny "Me?"
"Well, you have become a powerful martial artist under your father's training and you have not only passed your classes in military tactics with flying colours...but you have also come out as the victor in the last nine out of ten war scenarios that I have run for my Legions of Terror. I see no better commanding officer for the Dark Senshi." The Overlord noticed the Dark Senshi beginning to awaken. "Why don't you go up to them and say hello?"
The boy nodded and was about to speak when a shrill cry of "Ranma-sama!!" pierced the air and he found himself being glomped by a small dark haired girl. An unintelligent "Gah?" came out of his lips as the girl started rambling. "I'm so glad to meet you! My name is Dark Saturn and I'll be looking forward to serving you in every way possible!!"
Ranma just looked at his grandfather with a questioning look. The Overlord gave a small sigh. "It wasn't my idea to make them affectionate to you. Your mother simply suggested that it might make it easier to bond to you if they were in love with you or something like that. And she wanted to give you more female companions to ensure your 'manliness'. I really didn't like this idea but I can never say no to your mother." 'Especially when she gives me the damn puppy dog eyes look...'
"RANMA-SAMA!!!" Soon the boy became dogpiled with the remainder of the Dark Senshi.
"Well, I'll give you some time to get yourself acquainted with your new friends." The Overlord left the laboratory, chuckling as he heard his grandson's muffled cries of help go unheeded.
