Everyone was still dealing with Nabiki strange transformation into a living statue of gold, when a familiar cry burst through the air. "SWEETO!"
"Oh, no," Akane shouted, throwing her arms across her chest. The last thing she needed now was Happosai glomping onto her.
But her worries were pointless. Because while it was true that the old master loved women's bosoms (and the lovelies that covered them), he also loved gold almost as much as Nabiki herself. And the sight of the middle Tendo's new form, which effectively combined the two, was just too good a target to ignore. So, instead of Akane, Happosai made a beeline for Nabiki. "Come to me, my..."
Clang!!!
His mistake was obvious to all around him. For while it was true that Nabiki had regained her mobility, her body remained solid gold. Everyone stared in shock as Happosai hung motionless on Nabiki's unforgiving chest for a few moments. Then with a low groan, he fell straight backwards, where he laid unmoving, his eyes staring up at nothing. He was completely knocked out!
As the three Tendo sisters moved in for a closer look, Ranma reached forward and picked up the stunned master by his collar. "Ha!" he said in obvious amusement. "Guess there's some good things about you being a statue, Nabiki, huh?"
Everyone's attention was focused on Happosai, so no one noticed when Nabiki came to a stop. No one but Nabiki, that is. She tried and tried, but couldn't move a muscle. The only movement visible was a slight rocking back and forth, a result of her sudden lose of forward momentum. Great, she thought to herself. Ranma's careless statement has turn me back into an unmoving statue. I'll get you for this, Saotome.
Ranma, of course, couldn't hear her threats. All his attention was on the helpless nuisance in his hand. "Well, I know what I'm gonna use this new power of mine for now."
"What?" Akane asked, though she had a pretty good idea herself.
"I'm gonna put an end to all the trouble this little pervert has caused us," he replied, confirming her suspicions. "Happosai, you're..."
