Setsuna's New Life: Cat Time [Episode 114065]

by Thrythlind

The green haired woman before Ranma was tall, stately, and reminded him faintly of the cats that had been down below. There was an economy, grace and dignity to her motions that Ranma, young as he was, didn't have words for. She almost seemed to be a goddess in his eyes, as a matter of fact.

She untied him quickly enough and then turned to the pit to drop back in. It took only a few minutes of work for the super-strong woman to dig any easy path for the starving cats to find their way out of the pit, and, while they were running out of the pit, she went to her pod and retrieved the key staff, her personal weapon.

It was only a few minutes later that she hopped up to the surface and looked at the boy she had saved the way his looking with concern at the other human.

A quick checking of scents found a similarity between the two, one close enough that she was certain the fat-man was the boy's father. Her lip curled in disgust. What the man had been trying to do would have been considered almost unbelievable where she came from, and she couldn't fantom the reason for it.

What she did understand, however, was that the human would try again with his boy as soon as she was gone. This was intolerable. Not only because of the hideousness the idea of torturing a child like this held for her, but also because of some nameless sense that told her that she partially responsible for this situation in someway, though she couldn't imagine why.

Without bothering to talk the kid or wait for an answer in his native language, one which she unfortunately had never heard before. The boy started to protest a bit, but Setsuna didn't listen and couldn't understand the words.

Besides, after a long enough period of time away from the sadist, he'd see that she was doing him a favor.
