Akane shifted in her bed as she slowly came awake. Light streamed through her window as she blinked back the last of her dreams away. they were nice, they were heart warming, and they never lasted past the night. Once morning came, it was time for reality to set in and to face another day filled with the insanity that her life had become.

It was tempting to go back to sleep, but she did have things to do and she couldn't just ignore them. That meant getting up and preparing for the days activities. so, it was a reluctant Akane that took a deep breath and opened her eyes to the day ahead.
