Tall to the point of extremes, the individual bore an hourglass in one hand, and a very sharp looking scythe that glinted in the pale light in the other. Calling him a 'him' was basically more of a judgement call, as he wore a hooded cloak that was darker than midnight on a moonless night, and was even darker under the hood. "What do you want?"
"I am looking for a woman who bears the name of 'Setsuna Meiou' in this area. Might you tell me where I might find her?"
"Why do you want to see her?"
"It is a matter of grave importance that I may only speak with her about."
