"Hahahah! This is the day when I will at last have Kasumi's heart!" Tofu knew his plan was that of a genius. He had gone to Jusenkyo and acquired water from one of the few remaining no-template springs. He had just a few minutes ago contaminated the Tendo's koi pond with that water. He knew that in just a few minutes the two Saotomes would wake up, Genma first and Ranma later after being thrown into this same pond. Then the power of Jusenkyo would cause his hated rival to drown and the template of his form be created. Then he, Ono Tofu, would hide the body after jumping in. His beloved Kasumi would never know the difference and at last they would be wed..
In an instant Tofy's world shattered as he noticed Kasumi bend down with a bucket to retrieve water from the pond only to fall in herself. With a scream of agony Tofu dove in and tried to throw her out before she could drown.. but it was too late as the template had already formed.
Woken by the scream, Ranma saw his fiancee lying still in the grass. Using every ki trick he knew he managed to bring her back to life and breathed a sigh of relief and utter joy.
Meanwhile the template had begun to make itself known to its first victim..
Since there was already a spring of drowned girl the template had to be something else. There was also already templates for almost all of the things Kasumi could honestly be described as.. except one.
And so it was that Tofu-kun became the first to experience "The spring of drowned Ranma's loving female fiancee"(TM).

Ranma dreaded days when this happened. It was even worse than his former period of girl curse when he would be alternatively chased after as a girl and hated as a boy by Kuno and the opposite by Kuno's sister.
While Ranma thankfully stayed male fulltime now, Ono Tofu when doused with hot water wanted to kill him and chased after Kasumi, but when doused with cold water it became the opposite as 'she' tried to kill Kasumi and wanted to jump Ranma's bones.. err boner.
