Inside, she expected to be able to find Ranma quite easily, but was surprised to note the high-backed nature of most of the booths. They seemed to afford a great deal of privacy, especially with the lights turned down so low. So she was lucky to catch a glimpse of the redhead turning into one of the spacious booths.
"Hey, Ran-chan," Ukyou said, catching up and joining the red-head. "I heard you and Akane were getting a cure for a curse or something, what are you doing here?"
"Hmm," Ranma said, looking up from the menu. "Ah, she's gettin' cured at that 'Furry 4 U' place. I'm just catching a bite while I wait."
"Mind if I join you?" Ukyou asked. "I take the check."
"Sure, Ucchan!" Ranma declared. "That'll work great!"
