The news reporter was obviously irritated but did her job. "Please pardon this interruption for an important announcement. Due to the threat of the Alien Nezumi the Japanese government has announced the revival of the Imperial Flower Division."
While half of Japan's old timers gasped in surprise the younger generation just shrugged, not knowing what it was they were talking about.
The reporter coughed before continuing, "The following people have been selected to operate as the Division." a picture of Yohko Mano appeared in the upper right side of the screen. "Yohko Mano,"
Yohko choked, as she saw her picture on public television.
The picture flipped to reveal a red-headed girl with a bokken. "Ryoko Mitsurugi,"
Ryoko face-faulted, as she saw her picture showed a gratuitious panty shot.
The picture flipped again, "Azumi Kiribayashi,"
Azumi eyebrow twitched, as the flower in her hand wilted under her battle aura, as she stared at her picture.
The picture flipped again, "Sakura Kasugano,"
Sakura stared at her picture on the big screen set up on the side of the sky scraper. She decided a hasty retreat was in order before people noticed her.
The picture flipped to show the entire sailor senshi team, in their poses. "The Prime Minister, and the entire bureau humbly ask for the assistance of the sailor senshi in this crisis."
"Hey, hear that the Prime Minister wants us to join." Usagi said.
"Usagi we don't need to join a stupid military unit, we can handle ourselves." Rei said.
"But why not." Usagi whined.
The news reporter coughed again, probably to get the attention from the viewers. "Finally, the last person, now promoted to captain in the JSDF, and leader of the flower division..." There was drum rolls in the background which made the reporter sweatdrop, as she actually had to pick up a different paper to say the name. The picture flipped to reveal a certain pigtailed martial artist. "Ranma Saotome."

In Nerima Ward, Tendo Dojo, Saotome Ranma of the Anything-Goes School of martial arts... has fainted.
