Naturally, Ranma reacted calmly to this and pointed out the woman in the sailor suit with the great big key-staff to his father in a controlled manner.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! IT'S HER!"
Sailor Pluto smiled. "Hello Ranma. Nothing personal, but if you get involved with any of the princesses - well, the future won't be so clean and pristine. Dead Scream!"
The ACTion News team stared in horror, maintaining enough composure to continue filming and sending the broadcast on to their studio but not much beyond that.
The Japanese forces scrambled to bring weapons up.
The Russians changed targets. Kidnapping two males was one thing, but this was the representitive of the forces who had destroyed their male population. The subdual weapons were exchanged for more lethal weaponry.
What nobody expected was the portly and somewhat lazy father of the boy to move.
In another world, another time, someone making death threats against his son would have been not worth an eyeblink on his part. Ho hum, another day, another "fight to the death" - big deal.
On the other hand, like Ranma, he'd seen this woman here strike his wife down and then kill his son while he was helpless. Maybe it was the native Genma's son, but close enough. In fact, it was likely due to this woman that the native Genma had died.
"OY TOH SHOH!"
Sailor Pluto was caught off guard as the flying kick nearly connected, and as it was her tiara was sent spinning off of her head. Less than a millimeter closer and she would have lost a good portion of her skull.
Ranma stared. His father was GOOD at this. Vaccuum blades? Heartseeker? Chi blasts?!! Where had his Pop been hiding all this?!
A single hastily blocked punch caused Sailor Pluto to go sliding back nearly the length of the train platform. Her uniform shifted to Dark Pluto as she reached into the dark powers she had available. "So much for playing nice."
At which point, as they had a clear shot, the various Japanese and Russian agents revealed that they had excellent gun control. Each shot was very well aimed and precisely placed.
Sailor Dark Pluto went down, twitching repeatedly from all the impacts.
Genma panted, surprised that the woman had lasted that long. It was as if she were wearing some sort of armor. Maybe there was some special technique involved?
The various agents looked on, slowly lowering their weapons.
"Ungh," said Dark Pluto, pulling in more of the dark energies she'd first witnessed when she'd scanned the fall of the Moon Kingdom. She rose, healing the injuries and placing a barrier around herself at the same time. "For the Queen. Now you will all die."
More shots were fired. Genma shot off a few more chi blasts. All stopped at the sickly green bubble around the woman.
"This shall destroy all of you," said Dark Pluto, forming a darker green sphere between her hands.
"STOP RIGHT THERE, YOU IMPOSTER!" declared several young girls in sailor suits appearing out of nowhere.
"'Imposter'?" mouthed a shocked Dark Pluto, not realizing this was something else Mercury had come up with.
"'Imposter'?" asked a puzzled Ranma.
"'Imposter'?" asked several agents, wondering what was going on.
"'Imposter'?" asked the newscrew, looking at each other.
"We are heroes who fight for love and justice in the future! Going around killing innocent people ain't gonna be forgiven!" snarled the blonde girl in the gown and ridiculous hairstyle. While she had repeatedly said something about not forgiving someone prior to this, one could hear a certain sincerity that hadn't been there on those prior occasions.
"DAMNIT! I LIKE GUYS! I AM NOT A COOKIE CRUNCHER!" declared the blonde with a bow in her hair and an orange sailor suit.
"Excuse me, she's gone completely nuts and is being possessed," said the red-skirted one while waving at the hidden cameras.
"He's MY sempai, and even if it kills me," promised a tearful looking girl holding a polearm, "I will stop you!"
"She's building up a focussed charge, if it reaches critical, it will take out a good part of the city. Everyone attack now!" said a determined looking blue-haired girl.
