And then he must have fallen asleep again, because the mirrors began to chant, and it was suddenly all so frightfully cliche. Just how many times could he dream of those stupid mirrors showing "The worst scenes of a certain S. Snape's life in Hogwarts", anyway?
Note to self : There are worse things in life than stupid bloody Potter and those stupid bloody greying underpants. Or even that bloody irresponsible werewolf. If one is going to have nightmares, at least have them about something that actually matters, all right?
Bloody shoody Student Robes, ditto. Well, at least it seemed to fit the dream, he supposed. He'd better get on, or Hazama would be mad. He could be mean, for a Ravenclaw.
.......Hazama? No, wait, Hazama was dead, right?
Stupid stairs. And walls. Stupid everything, why'd they have to shift around so? It was hard enough to walk as it is.
Hazama was going to be pissed.
Hazama. Who was illegitimate, only technically Pureblooded and bore neither his blood-father or his blood-mother's name.
Who had his heart set on going to the Healer's Academy in Magical London, no matter what is blood-father or for that matter blood-mother wanted.
Some people just didn't care, Severus had decided after a long night of trying to understand one Hazama, also known as That Da**ed Crow. He wished he could be like that, sometimes. Maybe if he wanted to be something as much as Hazama wanted to be?
Potion Master. Hah. Severus Snape, Potion Master.
When pigs flew without magic, maybe.

Pull yourself together, Severus Snape. You passed your Challenges a long time ago.
So what if they made you re-take the test nine bloody times?
On the same day. With your worst rival breathing down your neck. Accusing you of cheating my ass.
You could do that, you could do bloody near anything!
