An arch that was surronded by an endless fog were the only things that could be seen at this desolate place. One must not forget the guardian of such a place as well.
A tanned woman with long emerald hair was standing there guarding the arch which was called the Gates of Time. She also wore a modified fuku that hid next to nothing. One thing about guarding a place is that a person could be very easily bored which explained what happened next.
"Hey Setsuna." The tanned woman jumped and twirled around to find what could be her twin sister standing in front of her except for one thing. Setsuna had no twin sister. The twin was here from the future.
"Don't do that!!!!!" Setsuna yelled at her twin.
"Sorry. Just came by to warn you." Setsuna's twin said.
"Warn me about what?" Setsuna asked.
"A powerful warrior that once saved the entire universe a long time ago has been reborn and is coming to Rei's shrine today or tomorrow. This warrior is not from the Silver Millenium but should be treated as an ally. Tell this to Uranus and Neptune right now." Pluto ordered sharply.
"Wait. Who is it?" Setsuna asked.
"I will not tell you who he was in his past life but I will tell you his identity in this life." The woman from the future paused. "He goes by the name of Ranma Saotome in this life. Now goodbye and good luck."
The Setsuna from the future vanished and one second later so did the Setsuna from the present.

In a subspace lab an eccentric(putting it kindly) child like genius scientist detected an enormous energy being generated from Tokyo. It only happened for a few moments but that was enough for her to detect.
'Goody, goody. A new guinea pig.' Mad laughter was heard by everyone there as the people who heard it shivered in fear and said prayers for they knew that laugh. It was the 'New Guinea Pig' laugh.
