In any case, other than the tiredness from taking care of Mousse and Shampoo and trying to keep the Nekohanten open at least a couple of hours a day during the emergency - Cologne had weathered this latest crisis with no more than a slight shift in personality. And that mainly from having to deal with the Japanese around her coming apart.
Still, she wondered what was going on at the village and decided she'd probably have to head there as soon as was feasible.
Shampoo and Mousse had both altered physically. Mousse had been in cursed form when the virus had struck. Shampoo had not. Both had apparently been locked through the course of the disease. Since Miss Tendo had knocked son-in-law into their koi pond just as sniffles had developed (according to Nabiki the brief flight had been due to Ranma's remark that having a runny nose and red eyes didn't make Akane any more uncute than normal) it remained to be seen if the changes had now locked Ranma into female form.
As to Mousse's changes - he was now an anthropomorphic duck, with his feathers jet black except for a white band around his neck. From what Cologne had overheard of the news reports, his Jusenkyo form (providing it wasn't permanent) would now be qualified as a Joker. At a little taller than her and far lighter, it was quite possible he could still fly and swim in the manner of a duck.
His chi was off, but it was still likely he could use his Hidden Weapons style. Just in case though, Cologne had removed all his weapons - there was the potential for at least temporary madness from all this.
