Besides, she'd seen the boy in question, and he was certainly cute.
So, she tried to make her way that she was sure would keep her from being spotted. Her only knowledge about such things came from movies, video games, and her experience as a Senshi, though the latter tended to be more about direct confrontation. However, she was certain that she was doing well enough, given the circumstances.
That she was manuvering like a water buffalo that had eaten the wrong set of 'special plants', at least in the eyes of those who were trained in that sort of sneaking, simply went right by her. As far as she was concerned, she was doing well enough, and was able to watch her friends from the spot she'd found.
Of course, she hadn't expected to see what she did only a little while after she'd arrived.
The observer sent to see what was going on at the Saotome camp spotted a blonde head peeking out to look at the group there and made a note of it. Once that was done, no further need was seen to do anything about it. There were other concerns at the moment, and the girl wasn't going anywhere. Either she had worries about her friends, was enamored of their master, had her own fantasies, or was simply dense, but nothing spoke of her running.
That meant that she could be dealt with later, which was good, as there was something more important going on at the moment.
Ranma had been hoping that he'd be able to handle gaining a new slave, even one like the one he was getting. However, he was also reasonably certain that he had no idea how he was going to deal with it. Oh, he knew that he could handle the responsibility, and accept the ownership... as far as he could tell, but what he was going to do after that was a big blank spot. Still, he'd pushed aside the various stories he'd heard about boys in his situation, and pondered what he'd seen of older female slaves owned by younger masters, but in the end, all he could do was try to keep himself calm and deal with it as it came.
His plan got kind of shot up as he saw her delivering herself as he stood off to the side of camp alone. He watched as an attractive woman in a business suit came up and stood in front of him. She had the bands that marked her as a slave, but even without them, her resemblence to Ami gave her identity away. Fortunately for him, he could see the intelligence behind the eyes, and the professionalism in her demeanor. It didn't block out the fact that she was nicely curved, with long legs shown off by her skirt and high heels, but then, there was a part of him glad to see those facts.
"Umm... Hi," he stammered and gulped as he tried to steady himself. "I guess that you're Doctor Mizuno..."
She gave him a smile that was part happiness, part reassurance, and part something that he couldn't identify. "I am Kumori, your newest slave, Master."
"I figured as much."
"Oh?"
"It's nothin'. Still, I guess I own ya, right?"
"Yes, you do. I am here to do whatever you ask of me."
"Ahh... yeah. Well, I'd like you to be happy."
"I can try to be..."
Groaning, he rubbed one hand over his face. "I meant that I would like it if things were so that ya can like it, not for ya ta try and force yourself into feeling things that ya aren't."
"I see. Well, I am very pleased to be here."
"Ya are?"
"I am. And I'm happy to be owned by you."
"Okay... So, you're my slave, and a doctor?"
"That's true. I've been working in a hospital before becoming your slave."
"Hmmm... Sounds good. Still... I hope that ya ain't wearin' that for much..."
"It was only to meet with you," Kumori replied, "I thought that it might be a good idea to come like this, so that you'd be put at ease."
"So ya got clothes in that bag?"
"Of course. Hiking shorts and boots, a pair of jeans, some shirts. And a jacket for when it's cold. Oh, and a yukata with some sandals. I hope that it's not too much, but I did pick out what I thought would be a good selection for traveling with my Master."
"Hmmm... That'd be a good idea. Ya don't mind bein' my slave?"
"In the end, my place is with you, and where you go, I do as well."
"So... Ya are gonna change outta that outfit?"
Taking a glance down at herself before peering curiously at him, she frowned. "You don't want me to wear this? I could change right now, if you like."
"Ack... That's okay. I just meant that I was thinkin' that ya'd like ta change later on. I like the outfit."
"You do? I'm glad. I didn't have much to go on when I tried to come up with an outfit that would both please you and put you at ease."
"Trust me. Ya did," Ranma muttered, as he tried not to pay too much attention to the distracting way that she was smoothing and tightening her clothing. He already had an awakened libido and stories from other boys to drive his hormones, so watching the lovely doctor seemingly innocently straightening her clothing in a way that pumped male interest was not geared to make him relax. Of course, it did tell him that he had found her physically appealing so far.
But he wasn't sure that she would share the sentiment, and didn't plan on pushing matters while:
