Ranma stopped as he came across the table with its delectable treats. "Hey cool! Free food!" Grabbing as much as his arms could carry, he walked off whistling a happy tune.
Beryl's minion blinked, then growled low in his throat. What had gone wrong? He'd made sure that all the connections were done just right! It should have worked.
As he walked over to the trap, he was nearly bowled over by an overweight man in a gi who took the rest of the food and ran. Grumbling about the indignities that he had to suffer, he let the human fool go to continue his check on the trap. It looked to be okay, but everything was still set. Why he did not know, even when he stepped up to the table to see how the boy had been standing...
"Oh Hell..."
Mars stopped as she walked to the scene. "This place is just falling apart..," she muttered as she turned and left.
Jedite groaned in pain while:
