"Um, Asuka. . ." Shinji said uncertainly as he raised his hand, then dropped it again as Asuka charged into her room slamming the door behind her. Sighing Shinji hung his head. "Well, I have no idea what to say anyway."
Leaning backward against the door, Asuka kept her hand tightly clasped on the handle as she gasped for air. "What the hell is wrong with me." She muttered quietly.
Thinking back her face colored slightly as she remembered getting herself off in the bathroom. Then she frowned as she recalled how it had failed to help eliminate the feeling that she needed more, that her climax's had simply been a prelude for something a thousand times better. An image flashed through her mind of how she had kissed Shinji in the infirmary, and her whole body turned bright red.
Violently shaking her head, Asuka raised both hands and slapped both cheeks twice. "No, stop thinking about that. Gotta think about. . . Homework! Yeah, I'm the genius who's taken college level courses, gotta make sure that everyone reading a paper by me gets the right sense of Wow!" Nodding to herself, she walked to her desk and booted up the system.
"Ok." Asuka said as she opened the word processor. She paused looking at the menu. "Ok. . . Done, done, done, done. . . Why didn't I put off at least one assignment? I mean just because I'm so smart, and never know how the Angels will mess up my schedule." She slouched back in her chair, her hands clasped together on her stomach. Closing her eyes she sighed loudly. A few moments later she made a happy "Mmm" as her lips twisted into a smile. Then her eyes opened, and looked down at where her hands had slid up her body and were rubbing at her breasts.
Yanking her hands away from her chest, Asuka clasped them together, and pressed the side of her hands against her forehead. "Gotta do something. . . A story! I'll write the greatest story ever written!" Nodding to herself she wiggled her fingers and lowered them to the keyboard. ". . . Now I just need something to write about."
There was a knocking on the door. "Asuka, dinner's ready. . . " Shinji's voice filtered through the wood.
Asuka blinked, looking toward the door with a confused look on her face. "Dinner," she said quietly. "Right, be right there." She called out as she pushed her chair back.
"Wait," Asuka muttered as she turned her head back toward her computer. "I was writing the next great novel, wasn't I?" She leaned forward and looked at the display.
Asuka's cheeks turned red. "Ah, just a little word doodling," she said as she highlighted the words and pressed the Delete key. A few more hits of the key, and another group of words scrolled into view.
"Ah, distracted," she commented as she deleted the phrase. "The beginnings of the worlds greatest novel are just before. . ."
"That's for sure." Asuka commented, nodding her head. Then her cheeks flushed red and she shook her head. Wordlessly she deleted the phrase.
Highlight. Delete.
Asuka blinked at the larger block of text.
There was a loud knock at the door. "Hey, aren't you hungry Asuka?" Misato called.
Asuka blinked. "Be right there!" she called, as she moved her mouse to close the program.
