Pokemon Generation Next - Water: Happy Childhood [Episode 127921]

As his and Misty's child danced around with the Pokemon, he could see a little of both of them in their child. There was Misty's almost parental care of her own Pokemon, and his simple glee in being around any type at any time. It was almost as if he were seeing his own early years, when he'd first set out on his journey.

But then, he hadn't grown up around Pokemon, at least, not in his house. His childhood had been full of the various 'stuff' that had been produced on the subject that he could afford, or wrangle to get, but it wasn't the same as having a Pikachu as a minder. Any child that he was to have was pretty much guaranteed to be watched over, protected, and cared for by his Pokemon, which by this time had grown to a rather sizable number. Between all of them, his kid couldn't go anywhere without having at least one watcher and protector.

That would ease any parent's heart, since that would make that child the most protected one around. He was no different in that regard, and he felt that it had an added bonus. After all, any child who considered it a treat to have a Pokemon in bed with them was not going to be easily put off of those same beings.

However, he did know that one day might come where his own child set out on the similiar journey as the one he had, but with the family biological and not that he had, it was a great thing.

Even if he still had a bit of annoyance at his sister in laws using his kid as a dress up doll when they came by.
