Ranma's Death Scene: The hurry before its too late.. [Episode 1284]

Finally, the parties with the most interest in Ranma were informed that it was too late for any hope of survival. This had brought about a significant change in all of them. Gone was the in-fighting for Ranma's affections and all of the scheming that went with it. Now a common goal had been agreed upon as they all decided that it was better to at least get Ranma's child if they could not save Ranma himself.

One at a time the girls were let in after the holding point had been pressed again. And one at a time they came out with a mixture of happiness and grief.

After all the girls had been allowed their chance to keep a piece of Ranma with them, Tofu firmly evicted everyone to let his patient have his rest in piece. Tofu then turned and went into the room to comfort the patient.

"A-are they all g-gone?" Ranma croaked out in a pain-filled voice before he broke into a bout of painful-sounding coughing.

"Yes, they've all left." Tofu said with a serious expression in return.

Immediately the sound of the coughing changed into the sound of laughter. "Haha, you are the best, Ken. Thanks, man, I could never have pulled this off without you."

'Tofu' smirked in response as he returned to looking like the familiar 'Copycat Ken' (Maneko Kenchan - Ranma #42). "No thanks are necessary, Ranma. This was a fun con to run. I never would have thought to do something like this to trick girls into having sex without any of the others able to get angry about it."

Ranma grinned back, "What can I say, I'm the best.. man not even Nabiki had any idea that someone was pulling something on everyone."

Ken frowned for a moment then said, "There's still one thing I don't understand.. how are you going to explain suddenly returning to full health..?"

Ranma laughed that off. "No one will think anything of it.. they've come to expect the impossible from me.. I doubt a return from certain death will be any different.."

• Oops! Ranma should have remembered that Nabiki still had microphones stashed about the house..
• Like above, but Nabiki is impressed by Ranma. 'Maybe he isn't just a dumb jock after all..' she thought as she mentally made plans to get him for herself.
• The plan goes without a hitch and life in Nerima continues the same as always.
• The plan goes without a hitch and life in Nerima continues but now all of the girls decide to keep 'meeting' Ranma. (Is this the start of Ranma's new career as a gigolo..?)
• The plan goes without a hitch but life in Nerima will never be the same... (Ominous.. no..? Cue the spawn of Ranma as they cause even more chaos than Ranma ever did..)
• The plan fails miserably and now Ranma is being chased and attacked even more thoroughly.
