While the Time Gates were already self-destructing, Sailor Pluto watched the new timeline unfold before her eyes. Her last thought before she vanished into non-existence was "This looks familiar..."
Unfortunately for her, Fate loved fools, children and ships named Enterprise, not magical girls. Somehow, the Star Trek fictional universe had now become reality.
This was the Future, the twenty-fourth century to be exact. Humanity's home planet had been healed of all the damage her children did upon her. Poverty, hunger, most diseases and various other banes of Mankind were now things of the past. Science and technology had reached new heights. Teleportation, space travel and solid holograms were now everyday commodities.
Earth humans had spread through the galaxy, encountered other races and banded with some of them to form the United Federation of Planets. Peaceful exploration of Space and the pursuit of knowledge were the priorities of most humans nowadays.
Starfleet's motto was: To explore strange, new worlds. To seek out new life and new civilizations. To boldly go where no man has gone before. Men like James Tiberius Kirk and Jean-Luc Picard had embraced that ideal and became legends in their own right.

In the new timeline, Nodoka was an angosian supersoldier who had fallen in love with his father. All the combat drugs fed to her had had a few effects on her child, making him stronger, faster and tougher than most beings.
He still had gone on a training trip with his father to learn martial arts but it had taken them across the better part of the Alpha quadrant. Ranma and Genma had gone to Vulcan, Boreth, Andor and countless other worlds in search of all the armed and unarmed combat techniques they could find.
However, as soon as he was able, Ranma had enlisted in Starfleet academy. He just didn't see himself settle down and running a martial arts school like his father wanted him to.
Of course, due to his heritage and education, it was inevitable he became a security officer.
As for the girls who had once been sailor senshi, they were...
