Ranma the Dragon: Council of Wyrms [Episode 131480]

A war council of wyrms was called and it was decided to hold it up in the mountains.   It was a place where dragons could spread their wings, range freely, and practice using their new forms.   The suggestion had been made by Ranma, but others agreed that he’d actually come up with a good idea for once.

Still, feelings were divided on the issue.   On one hand the senshi were feeling pretty damned confident that they could handle the situation on their own but, on the other hand, four of their number had gone missing.   The deciding factor was not that any such council would include a strapping young bronze male; not at all.   But for some reason the red, bronze, gold, and silver members of the team arrived dressed up and bearing gifts of brownies, and even the two amethyst dragons had seemed to have made an extra effort to dress to impress, uh, all of their new allies.

Honey Kisaragi was well pleased to be invited.   Not only did the juvenile gold android dragon have new powers, which had already proven their worth in battle, but she had gained new allies as well.

Nuku Nuku was just thrilled to have new playmates.   Poison One was still undergoing repairs after discovering Nuku Nuku’s newfound ability to get airborne as a cyborg dragon and plaayyy.   However, she had encountered a few femonsters and had enjoyed playing with them the way only a cat in a transforming robogirl’s body could.

On the other paw, the Nerima irregulars were not at all pleased by the call to arms.   They would have been well happy if the other girls had just stayed away.   The possible threat did not seem real to them and, in any case, it was not their business to go looking for trouble.   Still they had to consider that they knew that you could not keep Ranma away from a good fight and his opinion was that the weirder the opponents the better the fight.   So the bronze’s would-be-fiancées just had to come along to “protect those new dragonesses from that pervert.”   Or, at least, the black, shen lung, and tien lung dragons agreed with the red that they couldn’t trust them alone with him.

The faerie dragons had tagged along, because Sayuri and Yuka had decided to take up martial arts. “We’re only tiny dragons,” Sayuri had explained innocently, “we have to protect ourselves from dragon hunters.”   It was no idle worry, for Tatewaki had declared that he’d rescue or avenge the fair pig-tailed maiden by driving the scourge of monstrous dragons from the city and he wasn’t making fine distinctions.

For the crafty copper, Nabiki, it was to find an opportunity to ‘thank’ Ranma for dragging her off the sidelines and into the pit of insanity.   Somehow she’d developed, or refined, a taste for pranks and amused herself by plotting the best way to show her ‘appreciation’ of all Ranma had done for -or to- her.

Kasumi was just along to cater, apparently, and had prepared a rather large barbeque.   Nobody seemed to want to think long on the question of where the gentle cloud dragon had found such a large quantity of fresh venison and deep sea fish at short notice, but all agreed she could cook up a storm.
