Troublesome Trinket - 10 Rings, mark II.: Storm on the horizon. [Episode 13382]

Lightning flashed dramatically and a cinematic wind swirled around Ranma as the ring's metal melded into the skin of his finger. The green stone's glow pulsed in time to his heart beat, then flashed into an emerald beam.  A spinning harem-suited figure materialised inside the lightshow, then slowed to a graceful pose as the special effects ended.

"Greetings, Oh Master," the tall girl announced with a deep breath and a delighted bounce.  She was quite ... healthy.  "By the power of the ring placed upon your hand, I am all yours to command. I am the genie Jupiter, warrior of lightning and ....Ooooh!  You look just like my OLD Master!"

"What the heck?" Ranma demanded as the girl plastered herself all over him.  "Who are you and what do you want?"

"I am genie Jupiter, Oh Master," the tall genie repeated.  "I was trapped within that trinket by my old master who cruelly abandoned me.  Now my power over lightning and plants is yours to command.  Or, if you'd rather," she breathed heavily, "I can serve you with my body.  I would love to thank you for releasing me."

Ranma grasped the essence of that quite quickly.  Yet another female was trying to get her hooks into him through some weird law.  "Uh, that's nice and all, but you're free now so, uhm, off you go."

"Oh!" Jupiter exclaimed as she released her master.  "Oh no, I'm not free, My Master.  I'm your humble slave.  So what would you like me to do first?  Your wish is my command."

"Uhm, well, that is...," Ranma temporised, then pointed and yelled, "hey!  Look it's an obvious distraction!"

"What?" Jupiter exclaimed.  "Where?  I don't see any.... oh."  She turned in time to witness the fading dust cloud.  "Was it something I said?" she wondered.  "Humph.  Maybe I came on a bit too strong, but who could turn down all this?"  She twirled and posed, then vanished in a thunder clap.

However, Ranma would not escape that easily. While he wore the ring they were bound together and Jupiter had a plan to get her man.

• Obviously he was intimidated by her power, so she'd disguise herself as an ordinary girl and win his heart.
• Since he just didn't realise how useful a genie could be, she'd observe him in secret then use her power to help out.
• She'd just keep pestering hanging around him until he was used to her presence. It wasn't like he knew how to make her go away.
• No. Maybe she'd do something else.
