Nabiki had been paid, so while she didn't think this situation was for real, she had to give value for money. She had some ethics, after all.

So Nabiki thought briefly and came up with:

"I wish that all of Ranma Saotome's fiancees understood him."
"I wish that the mechanism by which all of Ranma's problems could be fixed were here in front of me."
"I wish that Ranma Saotome was changed so that his current set of problems would be largely if not totally annulled."
"I wish Ranma were both much more intelligent and obscenely wealthy." (Ranma's lack of money being a major problem in Nabiki's eyes.)
