Love and Justice: The Thin Pink Line [Episode 136150]

by Loki-L

It is easy to make fun of Magical Girls — their ridiculous skimpy uniforms with short skirts, bows and ribbons. Their often abstruse codenames and hilarious named attacks. Their useless advisors and their total lack of overall strategy when engaging an enemy.

You might make fun of their outfits or complain about the massive collateral property damage they cause. You might year at their naive speeches about Love and Justice and look down on them for their youth and inexperience.

But when you are attacked by demons intend on sucking the very life-energy out of your body and stealing you soul-crystals than you will be grateful for their help. When Tokyo is under attack they are The Thin Pink Line standing between the innocent citizens and the the demonic forces from beyond.

Yes, making fun of uniforms that guard you while you sleep Is cheaper than them uniforms, and they're pretty cheap; And mocking pretty sailor soldiers for their naive zeal. Is five times better business than fighting in high heel'.

Then it's Senshi this, an' Senshi that, an' "Senshi how's yer soul?" But it's "Thin pink line of heroes" when the drums begin to roll, The drums begin to roll, my girls, the drums begin to roll, O it's "Thin pink line of heroes" when the drums begin to roll.

In the Magical Girl system the people are represented by two separate yet equally important groups — the Senshi who fight demons, and the cute magical mascots who advise them. These are their stories."
