Ethsharitic Ranma: Plans for battles [Episode 136220]

by Kestral

"The question is how to do this," said Rei. "So far he has been most difficult to overcome."

"The most reaction we got was with the dual mallet attack," mused Asuka. "A triple mallet attack might be do-able."

"We must strike a balance between enough force to subdue him, yet insufficient force to damage him," said Rei. "If he is unable to fulfill the sacred rites, we may have to postpone aspects of this relationship."

"That would be bad," agreed Asuka.

"Excuse me, 'sacred rites'?" asked Maya.

"We found some old scrolls hidden away, apparently belonging to one of Froderick's former apprentices," said Asuka. "It details the rites of Mucho Nookiedom, which apparently are part of the ancient customs regarding the honeymoon or 'after wedding' rituals."

"Ah, I see," said Maya, wondering if perhaps she should look over these scrolls ahead of time.

"I'll form a mallet of ice," said Rei. "Maya can form one of wood, and Asuka - you can use the one you had earlier."

"Then what we need to do is decide the 'when' part," said Asuka.

Ranma looked up from his studies. "Why am I getting this significantly awful chill?"

"A bit of a draft, interferes with your craft?" asked Froderick.

"In any case, you two, I'll be taking my findings to the Council and I'll let you know their decision," said Garson, making a gesture that caused his luggage to come waddling along behind him.

"Good luck old friend," said Froderick, "my blessings I send."
