Shampoo, of a Chinese branch of Amazons was the second, although she would think that she had to kill the 'girl' that defeated her before she knew the truth. Then there would be Kaori who would lose him in a takeout race. The next offical one would be Ukyo Kuonji, who had renounced her feminity in the wake of what she saw as Ranma's rejection of her, only to return to wanting him after being declared 'cute'. Included in those who chased Ranma was the self-declared love intrest, Kodachi Kuno.
And that did not include any other possbile 'arrangements' that his father might have made for him.
