Ranma was trying to cope with the changes. Girls were mutating all around him and he was lucky that his girl side wasn't responding to whatever hit the other females.
At least that was what he thought. The virus in Ranma was at work, Ranma was usually shifting on a genetic level, the virus only worked on females with the double X-chromosome. But the other chromosomes were what was really changed. So in Ranma's case the virus wasn't that active when he was male, but the changing were still there.
The magic from Jusenkyo added to Ranma's problems, the magic was getting added on a genetic level.
For Ranma the only thing was that he (at the moment) was feeling a bit weak. After all he hardly slept during the last few days and with all that was happening nobody could really blame her (a sudden rain burst soaked him).
Now that the body was female once again the virus went to full work once again. since Ranma was a very active female, a strong elfen tribe would be perfect. But the magic was something that confused the programming of the virus. There was something about it that caused the virus to mutate in Ranma and that made it affect the male part too.
