"Megan...have I ever told you that you are the best friend ever?" asked Luna as she got ready for a day of fun at the Junius Nine vacation resort. She had already changed into a pink bikini and had a small bag carrying a towel, some suntan lotion, her purse and a pair of sunglasses.
"About half a dozen times but keep going. The ego could always use some stroking," replied her friend with a smile. About a week ago, Megan had entered the Engineering Club's case study contest and came out as the victor. The prize offered were a pair of passes to the resort for the weekend and so she invited her friend Luna to come get their minds off of upcoming major projects and exams. Because of Luna's dedication to her extra duties (particularly peeling spuds), the Dean decided that Luna had served enough punishment and dropped all the additional restrictions and duties.
"Then the superego and the id would feel ignored and unhappy!" Both girls shared a laugh before they went down to the water theme park entrance. As soon as they presented their passes, they decided to go find a place to lie down and soak up some rays. They passed by a silver haired boy who was currently in a heated water gun fight with a smaller boy.
"Come back here and take your medicine like a man, Shrimp!!"
"Make me, scarface!!" The younger boy fired his water gun some more, hitting the other male right in the face.
Megan simply blinked at what she saw before turning to her friend. "Anyways, did you have any breakfast this morning, Luna?"
"I didn't feel too hungry so I only had a glass of milk and a small granola bar," answered the other girl.
"That's not good. A growing girl needs her nutrition and at the rate you're going, you'll be as thin as a stick wearing a really small pink mini-skirt!" Luna rolled her eyes at what her friend said.
"Fine. How about I get something for us at the snack bar?" Luna took out her purse and counted some money. As they got closer, they heard a male voice saying 'thank you' to someone. As soon as she heard it, Luna froze.
"Hey, what's wrong?" asked Megan.
"I just heard the voice of my sempai!! The one I met in that crazy battle more than a week ago!!" Luna started looking around the area. Other than several young and old people in their swimsuits and a handsome looking young man in a red speedo carrying a tray of kebabs back to another table, she couldn't find anything. Although it was tempting to ogle the young man in the speedo, she had to find her sempai.
"You're kidding right?"
"Come on! We have to go and find him!! I may never get another opportunity like this again!!"
Megan sighed. "This isn't exactly what I had in mind when I wanted to come here..."

"This is your first time having a kebab, right Athrun?" The young Coordinator nodded as he examined the food in front of him. Cagalli checked the condiments and found what she was looking for. "If you want to really enjoy a kebab, chili sauce is the way to go!"
"Hey! What are you two lovebirds doing?" Cagalli scowled as she heard the voice of Andy Waltfeld. He had a yellow and red t-shirt on with a pair of black swimming trunks. "Wait a second...you were going to convince Athrun that chili sauce works best for kebabs! Athrun, take it from me...yogurt sauce is the sauce that truly accentuates the flavour of the kebab!!" Andy picked up a bottle of yogurt sauce and prepared to spray it on Athrun's food.
"You don't know anything!! Chili sauce is better than yogurt sauce! Trust me on this, Athrun." She leaned forward with her bottle, knocking Andy off balance and causing him to spray some white yogurt sauce on her face and some parts of her chest. "Argh!! You ass!! Look what you did!!"
"You were the one who got in the way!" Before Andy could go further, Athrun abruptly stood up and excused himself to go to the bathroom. As he walked off awkwardly, Andy started to chuckle.
"What's so funny?" asked Cagalli as she wiped herself clean.
He leaned down to whisper in her ear. "The only reason why Athrun would walk like that is if his little friend was too confined." He backed off at the younger girl's glare. "Well...I'm off to pester Murrue. See ya!"
