It was hard to believe that this wand-thingie could do something like that, even for Ranma's life.
"There you are!"
Ranma felt the attack taking place, and responded instinctively as the girl leapt towards him. The wand touched her and Ranma was signing his name to both new cards per the wand's instructions. They were his cards now. He'd try to figure out how to restore 'em later, but right now he had to get away before anyone else got turned into a card.
So now he had a card which could manipulate time, and this other one - whatever the card with _______'s image could do.
