Rei Hino, aka Sailor Mars and Sailor-suited Soldier of Love and Justice, was only doing her absolute best to dodge and evade Akane's attacks that were turning her fellow
By this time, Akane had decided to toy with the remaining brat rather than cange her immediately. Calling off her remaining minions, the Great Uncute Dragon slowly approached the panting Sailor Mars, a sneer on her scaley face.
"It's over, you thieving hussy," hissed Akane, "I win and you lose."
"Oh...pant...yeah..." countered Mars, trying to recover enough strength to stand up and face her fate like a true warrior of justice, "What, exactly, do you win?"
"RANMA! I WIN RANMA! HE'S MINE NOW AND FOREVER, AND NO ONE ELSE WILL EVER HAVE HIM NOW, NOT WITH MY POWER AND BEAUTY AGAINST WHATEVER THEY CAN COME UP WITH!" screeched the dragon, the power of her voice sending a slight shockwave through the air, nearly knocking Rei on her butt again.
"No, all you're doing is proving that you," Mars pointed right at Akane, "are nothing more than a spoiled brat and a tyrannical monster who only cares about themself." She slowly began moving in a circle around the red dragon, unaware that she was moving closer to the coffin holding Ranma's body.
"HOW DARE YOU?!" roared Akane.
"I dare because I'm the only one left to try to get through to you!" Mars snapped back. "You only care about yourself, not even your own family! Look what you've done to your home, your friends, and even this district! And if you don't come to your senses now, you stupid bitch," Akane's reptilian eyes widened in outrage and indignation "you'll ruin all of Japan, and maybe even the world! SO SNAP OUT OF IT AND STOP THIS RIGHT NOW!!!" Rei shouted. Then she suddenly went over what she said again, paled slightly, and murmured "oopsie..."
Somehow, deep in her mind, Rei knew that one of the worst things you could do to a female dragon, especially a female dragon with a bratty attitude and incredible power, was call it a "stupid bitch".
"I'LL KILL YOU!!!!!" Akane roared and slashed at the impudent human female with her claws. She roared in triumph when two of her talons raked the girl on the side of her torso as she tried to dodge, and before she could do more than scream she was further hit by the massive tail of the dragon, and some minions winced as they heard the sounds of breaking bones in addition to Rei's scream of pain.
Rei was thrown into the air, and suddenly and without warning Akane inhaled deeply and exhaled a massive plume of flames towards the airborne target. Rei, despite having some power over fire and a slight immunity to it, was nowhere near strong enough to resist the power of dragon's fire. She was instantly enveloped by the flames, and despite the incredible burning sensation and pain didn't dare open her mouth for fear in inhaling the fire into her lungs. While only lasting a few seconds, to Rei it seemed like forever.
Akane smirked as she watched the whimpering form of Sailor Mars (who no longer had the strength to scream) fell from the sky to land on-
Akane's eyes widened as she suddenly realized just where the girl would land, and made to intercept her before it was too late.
Rei landed hard on something (further breaking an addition bone in her body) when it suddenly split open, depositing her aching body on top of something firm-yet-warm. Still somewhat hazy from her recent ordeal, Rei turned around to see just what she had landed on and she felt her lips brush-
And before she knew it, Rei Hino was kissing Ranma Saotome, who was slowly awakening and returning the kiss.
A deeb gonging sound rang across the castle and its lands, and Akane screamed both in denial and fury as she felt her power wane and lose control over her minions and the land she ruled. Slowly, objects across the area began to change back into people, and former minions of the Great Uncute Dragon Akane began to regain their minds and independence from her will.
But Rei and Ranma didn't even register this, as they were too busy kissing gently and holding each other's heads in their hands as the magic began to change them so that they would live together more comfortably. For Ranma, this was curing all his curses and healing his mind and body of all the damage Genma and the training trip years had done to him as well as making him less likely to speak before thinking; for Rei, this was strengthening her Senshi and priestess powers, healing all her wounds and injuries sustained in the fight against Akane, and making her less likely to blow up in people's faces.
After a while of just laying there and kissing, enjoying one another's presence and feeling perfectly content, the two reluctantly separated and helped one another out of the coffin to see:
