Setsuna felt the timestream go completely to pot and grumbled.

Unfortunately, when she was a young girl growing up in Crystal Tokyo, she had had a crush on the King/Consort.

Hey, why not, there weren't that many guys around in CT and darn few of those hadn't been snatched up. If the tales about Mars+Moon+Endymion weren't just court gossip, then there was still some possibilities there. So she'd flirted a few times with the King, it had been harmless and she was to become a Senshi, and she was a teenage girl with a crush.

Except that Neo-Queen Serenity hadn't been amused.

When the time came for the oaths swearing allegiance to the throne, she had remembered and thrown in a few extra lines because she was still the girl who had been Usagi Tsukino to some extent. And the job was an important one.

Hence the Geas.

She kept a stiff upper lip most of the time, but if it hadn't been for the Geas keeping her sane she would have gone completely raving mad and taken her life. Every time she died, she was relieved and hoping that she wouldn't be resurrected to face it all again.

Crystal Tokyo was a utopia - after the Great Freeze all the evil was purified from the survivors and those who didn't agree went into exile.

That billions died to form Crystal Tokyo was something that Serenity had never considered. The past was the past and that was that. To protect Crystal Tokyo as she remembered it - people had to die.

Venus never ended up with a boy, never allied with anyone, and lived a miserable lonely life where the curse of Danburite was never removed.

So, under the Geas, Setsuna would have to eliminate the change.
