That excitable rich girl had stopped her to see if she knew where Ranma was and ended up with a cracker.
Then Ukyou's ninja friend was out doing errands. Kasumi gave him a cracker for himself and one for Ukyou as a birthday treat.
She'd passed by Shampoo doing some on spot repairs to her bike, and given her a cracker.
Some girl on roller-skates had snatched one, tripped, fell, swwllowed and then skated away crying about "Clerise."
There were a couple of others as well. She just wished she knew where she got them from. It wasn't like her to forget such things. She turned about to put some groceries away and failed to notice a certain greedy panda snatching a cracker and then leaving.
It would certainly have struck her as odd that Genma had only taken a single cracker.
"Oh, animal crackers," Nabiki said, entering the room.
"Yes," Kasumi said, covering her slight confusion. "I thought it would be nice to have a treat."
"Cool," Nabiki said, grabbing a handful out of the box non-chalantly. "I'm heading out to meet Kikuko and Ryonami."
"Have fun," Kasumi said cheerfully.
She reached in, and grabbed a cracker for herself, deciding to forget the issue as unimportant and get to the rest of the chores.
"I'm never going to pass this test," Yuka's voice whined as Akane and her study group passed into the kitchen.
"It'll be easy, you'll see," Akane reassured her.
All three snatched crackers from the open box without thinking about it, and then headed toward Akane's room after saying hello to Kasumi.
And so it went on like that throughout the day.
