Hikaru hung in her cage now, watching as Nabiki enjoyed her turn with Ranma. About them, the other six ladies were 'getting to know one another' most thoroughly.
It seemed clear that the rivalries and friction that had been described were likely a thing of the past. She only hoped, for all their sakes, that it was so. For if those rivalries exploded once more, it'd likely make the situations that had been described look like a toddler's temper tantrum.
Hikaru herself was actually looking forward to her turn, having moved past the stages of denial, rebellion, and acquiescence. She just wondered how long it'd be before any of them were missed, and how they were going to be tracked down.
Assuming that they weren't returned automatically, or managed to find a way to do so on their own.
She smiled beatifically and stood up, marking her page. "This is perfect for my manly son! Now, let's see about those ingredients..."
"You found Artemis, Rei?"
"No, Minako. Remember, I said that there was too much interference to track him down directly."
"So where's the interference coming from?"
"The other side of Tokyo, odango atama."
"Rei!! You're such a meanie!"
Ptbbb!
Ptbbb!
Ptbbb!
Makoto sighed, and whapped Usagi on the back of head as she stood up and passed them. "Come on you two, let's get a move on so we can find and rescue Artemis."
Luna sighed, "I really don't think those two are in any condition to have heard you, Makoto."
"What," Makoto blurted as she turned around. And rolled her eyes. Apparently, her light whap had knocked Usagi off balance, and into Rei. Causing the two of them to go from making raspberries to making out.
And neither of them seemed at all worried about stopping, either.
"Great! Just great! And Rei's the only one who knows where we're going."
Ami giggled as Makoto through up her hands in exasperation and headed off to the kitchen, leaning into Minako's embrace.
